The intention behind this drawing was to help people remember that everything is connected, and that love is at the root of who we are.

 

So what is there to remember? That’s not for me to tell you, but for you to find out. No matter what your friends, family, religion, or institution of choice tells you to believe, it is always worthwhile to think for yourself. And think critically. With an open mind and an open heart. Allow for experiences that go beyond words. Allow the universe to reveal itself to you in unexpected ways.

 

Any limitations we think we may possess are self-inflicted. They do not serve us. And this is not a matter of blame; rather, it’s one of understanding. Understanding that we’ve evolved to this point as best as we could. No one deserves any less or any more than anyone else. The idea that our worth is based on our skin colour or gender is a human invention. That is a reality that we’ve created, and one that can be undone.  

 

Each line, shape, and colour was expressed through this lens in an attempt to help us recognize the magnificence within us. We are the creators of our reality, and every day is an opportunity to remember the truth, power, and majesty of our being. 

 

There is a secret word hidden in this drawing -- can you see it? It is the answer to every question, and the source of all that is.
